How to Disable Messages
If you don't want to recieve messages, there's an easy way to turn off the feature.

1) To stop getting messages, you have to create a myspace away message. First thing you do, is find and click 'My Account' on right side of the myspace navigation bar.

2) At the account settings page, find and click. 'Miscellaneous'

3) Lastly, scroll down to where it says 'Away Message' and type what you want it to say when someone tries to message you. Check the box that says 'Show away message', and click 'save all changes'. And there you go! You now have an away message set up, so when someone wants to message you, they will recieve that message instead.
